Terms of Service Save Me A Dance Effective Date: January 5, 2026
Welcome to Save Me A Dance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.savemeadance.com (the “Site”), any mobile applications we may offer, and all related services, including dance lessons, classes, workshops, private sessions, registrations, payments, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Our Services
Save Me A Dance provides in-person and virtual dance instruction for adults and teens, including group classes, private lessons, and special events at our studio located at 25463 Hawks Run Lane, Sorrento, FL 32776. All Services are subject to availability and our separate class policies.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and book Services independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To book classes or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
- Payments: All fees are listed on the Site or provided during registration. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods through our secure third-party payment processor.
- Cancellation Policy: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any lesson or class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only in accordance with the specific class or package policy stated at the time of purchase. No refunds will be given for missed classes without proper notice.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes.
5. Health & Safety Acknowledgment
Dance involves physical activity. By registering for or participating in any Service, you represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or other harm. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any dance program.
6. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive transactional communications (appointment reminders, payment receipts, etc.) and, where you have expressly opted in, promotional SMS/text messages and emails. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply. See our separate SMS consent language for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, videos, choreography descriptions, photos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Save Me A Dance and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or Services.
- Use the Site to harass, stalk, or harm any person.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, mapping services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVE ME A DANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Save Me A Dance, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after the new Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Save Me A Dance.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- We may assign these Terms without notice to you. You may not assign them without our prior written consent.
